Cryotherapy for Horses
The Equine Cryotherapy category features science-backed cold therapy proven to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and accelerate healing in horses. Research shows it triggers vasoconstriction to limit swelling and inflammatory mediators, slows cellular metabolism to minimize tissue damage, and reduces nerve conduction velocity for lasting analgesia (studies confirm significant, longer-lasting lameness improvement vs. controls).
Widely used in Utah barns, training facilities, and rehab centers, targeted cryotherapy (ice boots, cold compression) effectively treats tendon/ligament injuries, joint inflammation, muscle soreness, arthritis, and post-exercise recovery.
Sessions are quick (10–20 minutes), completely non-invasive, and well-tolerated.

I graduated from USU in 2025 with a degree in Bioveterinary Sciences and originally planned on vet school, but I discovered equine massage and instantly knew I’d found my calling. I love the hands-on connection, the trust built with each horse, and the real changes I get to see in their movement, mood, and comfort.
With over 20 years of experience working with horses of all types, my mission is simple: to help your horse feel their best so they can be their best. I can’t wait to support you and your equine partner.
